after updating to version https://github.com/akhater/Lupin/releases/tag/v3.3.0e you can add in your config.ini [Misc]
section a CommandsMap = {'T:'TODO', 'L:'LATER', 'D':'DOING'} & map as many commands as you want and Lupin will take care of the rest
