The error should now no longer appear, but the automatic closing of the terminal if it is the last window doesn't work yet

@qvieth this should now be fixed by the most recent commit on master, it works by choosing another buffer using bnext if a user closes the neigbouring window

@qvieth this is partially a duplicate of #64, I've left it open though because a split window should technically not remain open if the other neighbouring window was closed. FWIW this is not how I envisioned people using the plugin or how I use it, till I or someone else gets a chance to fix this it is better if you close the terminal before closing the other buffer.
