If you invoked the install target when building it, it likely put amqp.h and amqp_framing.h in /usr/local/include and librabbitmq.dylib in /usr/local/lib (unless you specified something other than that as the prefix).
You would need to tell XCode to search for the rabbitmq-c headers in the above include directories, that the library its looking for is 'rabbitmq' and that the directory it can find this library is wherever it got installed.
