[Bug]I can't import Alerce about alerce_client

I did this to check if there is an error with the alerce client or maybe is something with the environment.

1. Create a new environment with python 3.8 and the alerce client.
   This worked fine and I can successfully install and import the client.
2. Installing the same packages as the environment.
   The problem was replicated and could not import the package.

I followed this thread ipython/ipython#12558 and is a similar issue, maybe is a problem with the ipython version rather than the alerce client itself.

It's been over a year from this happening and it appears that the issue is not related to the ALeRCE client itself. Closing this for now.
