Wheel name and python package name are different about python-alerta-client

... which is different to python package name import alertaclient https://github.com/alerta/python-alerta-client/blame/master/README.md#L140

So you need to install the python client by calling:
pip install alerta

but if you use it you are importing alertaclient instead of alerta.
Would it be possible to rename the wheel to alertaclient?
