open RTP stream and cast to renderer about go2tv

Hello, apologies for the delay on this one. According to https://openconnectivity.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/UPnP-av-ContentDirectory-v4-Service-20101231.pdf (2.6.11 Internet Content Representation) some Media Renderers could support the RTP protocol but that would require some additional development on the Go2TV side. Certainly something to explore in the future as this could potentially also help with #51

Apologies for the delay on this one. Unfortunately your device does not support RPT streaming. I've yet to see a device that actually does.
