Well, it depends. The point is not to make it efficient on the character count in the URL, but to retain the formatting.

Also, you would have to add the proper %20 for each space used for your example, which will still surpass 69 characters. 😜

Most browsers are limited to 2000 characters in the URL anyway, so it's meant for shorter messages.
