GlosSI cannot use internet shortcuts about glossi

Instead of using the shortcut file, you should configure GlosSI to launch the executable directly.

Open the shortcut-files properties.
Put the executable path from "Target" to "Path"
Everything after the executable path in "Target" to "Launch Arguments"
"Start In" can be set in Steams shortcut options

The shortcut is a web url. It has no targets.

Then use the URL directly as path, as that is also supported ;P
