Base css for apart structure about pattern-library

Hi @Csiewert, is the reason you want this so that you can take the code to use for your own projects? I recommend Paul Lloyd's Barebones as a better starting point: http://barebones.paulrobertlloyd.com/ – that has some nice generic base styles. It's where I adapted to original pattern library code from.

The ala-main.css is intended to be exactly the same as the live site, otherwise they'd get out of sync, so that's why the CSS is specific to the site.
