Error during the installation of O2 about alibuild

Thanks. I can't see an error that would make the build fail in there -- there are a bunch of legitimate warnings from CMake, but it seems to be fine (for now) falling back to system packages. Could you please re-run the original aliBuild command, but with the --debug flag added, and post the output?

Sorry, I don't know how to solve this. The only suggestion I can give is to try running aliBuild with the --no-system option, in case it's using your system cmake and that's causing the warnings, which might lead to the errors later on.

I managed it by using sudo aliBuild build O2 --defaults o2 instead of aliBuild build O2 --defaults o2
