这坑爹的SDK，，，问题一堆，我也遇到同样的问题，ssl太旧，升到3版本就是这个问题

也遇到这个问题了，签名URL用http和https没问题，但是只要上传和下载文件，C++ sdk 就会直接失败，其它的安卓和ios端的sdk都可以切换为https上传和下载
