Dependencies added into the source code about gpushare-scheduler-extender

Thank you for your suggestions. Currently we are using dep to manage the version of dependencies, and all the dependency code are in vendor directory. But it's really difficult to download at compile time because some users have to compile it without internet access.

And I also noticed that most golang projects are using the vendor, you can learn from kubernetes
