A message report system, so a user can react with a specific emoji, then if the emoji is the same as the "report" emoji, the bot grabs the message and embeds it into a special #reports channel which then gives the mods/admins a few options, delete without archiving, leave, delete with archiving it, then the bot takes the appropriate measure from there. (though once the message has been sent to the report channel the bot removes the report emoji and adds a "reported" emoji so that the user doesn't know who reported them (the user who reported it will be logged in the report channel due to niceness))
