Hi Prithvijit,
The problem here is that the links are configured for our website-based documentation and not for GitHub. For example, if you run bash scripts/build_docs.sh it will build the documentation locally which you can then serve on your local machine by running
python scripts/build_docs.py
mkdocs serve
What we should do is have the build_docs.sh script automatically configure the path so that things are consistent for the website build and on GitHub (should just be a matter of running some regex replaces). I'll get around to this eventually but would be happy if someone else had a go at this.
I'll send you a link to where we internally host the documentation for now.

The README.md has changed quite a lot and the documentation website is now live. This should be now resolved.
