online membership application

Need to allow for people to submit membership application online. Functionality existed on previous website and needs to be restored.

ADA compatibility

Per ADA compatibility tool there are issues that need to be addressed.

Remove Drupal files

Drupal 7 is set to be retired in Summer 2021. Thus needs to be moved to different technology to be kept up to date.

prevent spam form submissions

Spam form submissions are continuing to come in. Additional checks or logic will need to be done to prevent these submissions
