Antivirus? E:/Downloads/Telegram Desktop/ is well created?
Why use 32Bits version? 64Bits is more adapted to Windows 64Bits.

Why use 32Bits version? 64Bits is more adapted to Windows 64Bits.
My antivirus is Windows Defender, updated and no other security tool. All the folders are created, it is really a simple copy/paste.
I'm using ultracopier-windows-x86_64-2.2.0.9-setup.exe (64-bit) but yes, it was a mistake to download 32-bit debug version.
And with this version: http://ultracopier.first-world.info/temp/ultracopier-windows-x86-2.2.3.0.zip ?
I'll try with this version and will update this issue.
