Get contact by RecordID from APAddressBook object about apaddressbook

Sorry, for delay.
As far as I know RecordID is valid only for one ABAddressBook. So, it can't be used with another address book instance.
How do you plan to use this feature?

Its valid across the device, not just for a specific address book instance. From the Apple docs:

Every record in the Address Book database has a unique record identifier. This identifier always refers to the same record, unless that record is deleted or the data is reset. Record identifiers can be safely passed between threads. They are not guaranteed to remain the same across devices.
