Hi it keestore seems not to work. the size of thunderbird looks also not right :)

I will make an icon for keestore, this is because you mentioned keepass, but not keestore 😆
I will also have a look to the thunderbird icon, to see if the size is maybe wrong, but it should not be the case

Edit: I had a look to the thunderbird icon, size match exactly all the other icons. I believe that this is just a small optical effect cause by the dark background of the icon
Edit: Found the issue for keepass/keestore, the exact app name is keepassXC, so this will be fixed easily
