the accounts that are linked to get the refresh_token the limit is little, the solution I found is to keep changing the refresh_token whenever the limit is reached.

but how do you change the refresh_token?

refresh_token is generated from the account that you give permission, that is, that account that you give permission that the limit of it ends quickly, you just need to generate another refresh_token using another account.

but when you say account, there isn't an account sign up/login option. How is permission given, to begin with...

I checked out the Deployment/ Quick Deployment portion, not sure I get everything but is there an easier method to download? and can anyone download?

Keep in mind that all files in Google Drive has a quota system, if the files is download multiple time like nonstop. Google will notice it and it will become a Quota Exceeded File. You can wait it out like 12 to 24 hours most of the time to remove the limit. The worst case scenario is Google will not remove the limit cuz the file is downloaded like multiple times in a short period of time and still continuing downloading after the limit. There's no hope to those files.
