Software implemented in this github repository was developed in the following period of time : July/August 2017, during an internship at IMT Atlantique under the supervision of Dr. Nicolas FARRUGIA. The accompanying ipython notebook describes the work undertaken in this internship with a description of the results obtained.

Data needed ?

It seems at least the file base.mat is needed (I assume this is the average connectome they used for the synthetic model). Could you add back the data folder to just include the data/base.mat file ?
