get my_configs.vim working about vimrc

Sorry, typo there. I do have this (i.e. no leading colon) and it isn't being picked up.

Ah, solved it. Am on Cygwin and had to make sure the file was in the right format etc..

chmod 777 my_configs.vim
dos2unix.exe my_configs.vim
