Currently you need to add the bagder cert repo as a package in your top-level composer file's repository section as shown here. The cert repo is not a PHP project and does not have a composer.json file. This will soon be remedied either by me forking the bagder repo and adding a composer file or through some other mechanism.

For now, just adding the package as shown in the link referenced above will take care of it.

Another one strange problem:

$ ./composer.phar require rdlowrey/artax:dev-master
./composer.json has been updated
Loading composer repositories with package information
Updating dependencies (including require-dev)
Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - Can only install one of: rdlowrey/acesync[v0.3.0, v0.2.7].
    - Can only install one of: rdlowrey/acesync[v0.3.0, v0.2.7].
    - rdlowrey/artax dev-master requires rdlowrey/acesync ~0.3 -> satisfiable by rdlowrey/acesync[v0.3.0].
    - Installation request for rdlowrey/artax dev-master -> satisfiable by rdlowrey/artax[dev-master].

Hmm ... weird. Will look into what's wrong. I still don't know anything about composer. I'll let ya know.

This should be fixed in dev-master now. When you have a chance would you mind verifying that your above require command works correctly?
