About Health Browsing

The Health Browsing extension for Chrome is designed to promote healthy habits for users spending long hours on their computers. It reminds users to take regular breaks, and to stay hydrated, helping to maintain physical and mental well-being.

Installation

• Download the Health-Browsing.zip file.
• Unzip the file and save the folder on your computer.
• Open Google Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/.
• Enable "Developer mode" at the top-right.
• Click "Load unpacked" and select the unzipped HealthBrowsing folder.
• The Health Browsing extension icon should now appear in your Chrome toolbar.

Note- This extension is a very basic one, and has been built for learning purposes. It has not been published in the Chrome Web Store.
