Actually this shouldn't happen. If Anarchy is able to detect your wireless interface, then it will automatically open wifi-menu (lib/configure_connection.sh).
This procedure should happen after selecting the keyboard layout (before updating the mirrors).

If you want this problem debugged, please reopen this as a bug report with as much info as possible (at least the list of network interfaces and the log). You can find info on submitting the log on our wiki and an example of the interfaces' list would be the output of ip addr.

My guess would be that the interface name wasn't recognised (we use a regex to find interfaces).

I'll close the issue for now, but we can still discuss it here (instead of in the new issue) if you don't intend to open a bug report.
