I've got the same problem that it's unable to see a build created by the same job. Did you manage to resolve this @mehdi-developer?

I came across the same problem, realizing that copycat running in a container mostly likely means that there is no way to access the other data on the github host (like files built in other steps of the workflow). In the end, that's the itention of using containers. Correct me if I am wrong but I guess we have to use another action (like the one mentioned by @mehdi-developer) for that purpose.
