protractor 'already bootstrapped' error about angular-hint

I have tried changing the placement of the ng-hint directive and have found no difference in the effect. I assume that this has something to do with the order in which bootstrapping occurs, but I can't find any documentation of similar issues.

This was an issue with not understanding the build pipeline. I was using the built script in my html like <script src="../dist/hint.js"></script>' but I should have been includinghint.js`.

I think my previous conclusion was premature. Including the hint.js does not cause the same error in protractor, but it does not load the correct information.

@btford I am somewhat blocked on this issue. I know that it comes from protractor loading the built hint.js file, whether or not any of the hint modules are actually included in a given sample app. I'm not sure how to solve this.

Woops, no. I got distracted by the fact that I was not sure what the protractor tests should test for once we got them working. I did not want to continue working on the tests when I wasn't sure how we would be logging the Angular-Hint messages. I will push the commit for the fix.
