This seems to be a problem with adev and the content generation. This links should be treated as external similar to how they have been handled in AIO.
The CLI in this case, is using the correct URL which is absolute, as this is also needed to be accessible from the terminal, when using —help or the IDE when clicking on the description in the hover bubble.

Sorry I missunderstood the root cause here. I've proposed an update on the dev-infra repo to treat absolute URLs as local when we're targeting the same domain like here.
