When removing the braces around T... then some of the errors go away. But the typealiases get new errors, see here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25381358/cannot-create-a-variadic-tuple-error.
Does anyone know a workaround?

We will need to wait. I have posted a question on Apple Developer forum. Seems like Apple does not want us to call variadic functions by passing an array. They had broken my implementation in Beta 5 and now have broken my implementation again in Beta 6.
