These two need to be done in order:
- @jasonatran needs to create a realization with 6 nodes plus master.
- @caravansary83 will merge current code progress into develop branch. She will also run Jupiter on DCOMP once and paste any and all error messages here.

@NeveIsa could you setup a cluster of 6 nodes plus master so Quynh can test the Jupiter scripts? If you can, when can you have this done by?
