I can see you need "enable mode" but you do not set "ansible_become_password:" ...

ansible_become_method=enable
ansible_become=true
ansible_become_password: **password**

It seems as configuration prohlem on Cisco switch. I wrote additional paragraphs to README.txt to clarify necessary configuration nedded.
