Comments about l20n-java

Just to avoid double work, I'm trying to work on comments.

I can't find a simple enough fixture in https://github.com/l20n/lol-fixtures that includes comments, so I've built this:

Does the L20n spec already has something about @comments?
The fixture itself looks good.

Nothing specific at this point, apart from a wish to figure this out at a later stage. From the grammar spec:

Comments are following doxygen style. The specified set of @-rules is yet to be determined.
