You mean feathers? I'm sure that this is not the problem. I basically didn't change anything from your starter, except a slightly changed directory structure. I don't understand why this is causing trouble, since I updated the gulp.config.js accordingly and everything else works fine.

Update:
Change app to client/app in here, now the build succeeds
so the issue here is the change of directory structure

But now it encounter another error, and not part of this starter (your custom gulp tasks), hope it helps
