caching about bootmetro

I don't have plan to make this a priority for now, or at least for some time. Due to the fact that bootmetro is a spare-time project, in a few weeks I plan to start the development of v1.0, a more polished and clean code version, with strong focus on responsive stuff.
However the cache manifest feature is interesting...
Any help is welcome, if you want to contribute let me know.

There are a few nodejs libraries to help generate the manifest.
