Button dropdown menus do not capture click on iOS about bootmetro

This is an issue inherited from bootstrap, see issue #4550[https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/4550] on their repository. It will be fixed soon with the v2.2.2 release.

Looks like Bootstrap released 2.2.2 which should fix the problem with iOS. I could help integrate it if you don't have the time.

Um, maybe. Using github for Windows, I'm not exactly sure how to do that but, more importantly, I'm not exactly sure where the fix is. I replaced the entire bootstrap.js and bootstrap.min.js, which seems to fix the iOS dropdown issue, but I'm not sure about side effects. I don't know enough about LESS or the changes you've made for BootMetro to merge in the CSS changes.

I've checked the original bootstrap issue, the fix should be only in js file, so replacing the bootstrap.js should be fine.
I can merge the LESS files, but require some test on all pages, some side effects may appears, but I thinks the probabilities are minimal.

I'm doing a temporary commit with merged files, please wait until tomorrow to update...
