Compatability in IE8 + IE7 about bootmetro

Hi Shane,
I plan limited compatibility: as of now, I know there are problems with the backbutton, the appbar and the command buttons, and button colors, and I plan to fix them. Instead there will not be any hack or fallback for CSS3 only features that are not supported by old browsers. If you found any important bug please fill a new issue for any specific topic.

You can fix it by changing bootmetro-icons.css
