@sabotagebeats we probably want to upgrade all our silverback-based images in chaosnet to 3.10 since that's the version being used for the whole repo anyways

I don't think this will work. I tried upgrading it after the fact but that isn't working and I don't think we can install it here because we need to install ape core and we don't have access to the source code locally here to do that in the CI
