How to capture the response of POST request fired about apib

It's not something built in today. For testing you can add the "-v" flag
that will dump out the response to standard output -- that's useful for
testing a set of parameters to make sure that they work. But there's
nothing in there right now that dumps everything to a file.

Thanks for using and trying out the tool, however!
