ApiGen 7 requires PHP 8.1.

If you want to use ApiGen 7, you need to use PHP 8.1 or newer. If you have docker, you can just run

docker run --rm --interactive --tty --volume "$PWD:$PWD" --workdir "$PWD" \
  apigen/apigen:edge \
  src --output docs

You can also try runnig older versions of ApiGen, but they are mostly broken and/or incompatible with modern PHP code.
