Provide a way to reduce output about restcountries

Hello!

Thank you very much for your donation, it really helps.

This feature that you are suggesting it's in the plans but I haven't had enough time to start dealing with it, and with other planned new features.

I'm currently spending most of my time in another project, but I'll start working again on REST Countries by the end of July. When this feature, partly or complete, is implemented I will let you know. In the meantime I will leave this issue opened.

Wow it took me more than 1 year to finally do this. It wasn't difficult, just didn't have the time :-/
Altho version 2 hasn't been formally released, it's already available by just using /v2 instead of v1. Bear in mind that the data structure has changed a bit. For example, try:
