Very slow Anime Thumbnail downloads

When not cached, app will attempt to download the thumbnail, but first must get the url from calling Http.getAnimeImageUrl().
Due to the way it works, it must first process through all the scripts within the MAL website to retrieve the URL.... which proves to be quite time consuming.

If getAnimeImageUrl() were able to ignore many of the ad scripts on MAL, speeds should greatly improve.

MyAnimeList blocked

Just recently, Incapsula changed their filtering techniques again and have blocked the currently method of retrieving anime.xml and anime thumbnails. (Notable: I've noticed it blocked a few MAL smart phone apps as well)

Until a work around has been made, MSD will not function properly unless you manually add the anime list, any possible thumbnails, and modify the timeout....which all defeat the purpose of the application...

Add some explanation in the README to install it
