workspace image wont build about gitpod-laravel-starter

@strausmann could you please test this if you have a moment? It happened all of a sudden for me and I didn't change any code however this more simple example https://github.com/gitpod-io/apache-example workes properly so I am not sure whats going on.

Gitpod has decided to remove all the useful out of the box tools that go hand in hand with a mysql installation such as apache, nginx, and php from workspace-mysql
gitpod-io/workspace-images#595

workspace-mysql now only uses workspace-base rather than workspace-full, see:

The current workaround unfortunately is to pin the workspace-mysql to workspace-mysql:2022-02-04-10-54-10

Moving forward we will have to either petition Gitpod to create a workspace-full-mysql that uses workspace-full rather than workspace-base or more ideally maintain our own mutable image.

Hi @apolopena and @strausmann , this should be resolved in #677, and be available to you via the latest tag in roughly 1 hour. This assumes you are referring to workspace-mysql, workspace-postgresql, workspace-mongodb, or workspace-dotnet-vnc.

After trying again in an hour, let us know if you're still having trouble?
