Hello @apoorvaron, I am new to php and xampp tech stack. I have done the setup same with the way explained in video, Then I tried to make changes in local file but the results are not reflecting in "http://localhost/tiny/user/login". Can you please help me regarding this??

for windows (cntrl+ shift + r)
for max (cmd+shift+r)

@apoorvaron I have cloned the website again but my hovering commands are not visble in the code in the bootstrap.min.css but code is visible in the console. So what to do.

@Ayushpanditmoto I have to make changes in the login.php and register.php and the css linked to them is :"assets/css/bootstrap.min.css" that's why i am adding css in this
But my question is that the effect of hovering is visible on the website and code also shown on the console of the website but not on the actual file which I have cloned today.

@sagarb2003 broo u don't need to add css in bootstrap.min.css file its a framework file , you should not touch this file instead create custom file add css to them PR is merged by mistake
