I am working with npmjs support for unpublishing the 1.0.0 version. If that
goes well, we will publish a new 1.0.0 version in the future.

@PeterDaveHello I am not sure how you include / ignore versions, would a ignored version be
added to a .gitignore file? If we ignore 1.0.0 version now, I am happy to
submit an issue at a later date when we hit the 1.0.0 milestone.

@siddharthlatest you are correct, using the .gitignore to exlucde the versions been fetched from the auto-updater, thanks for your help, I think we can just add this library with the .gitignore mask.
