when switching to 32 byte address, came across a couple of issues latest preview PR
- [fixed] when creating account in move script, the auth_key prefix has to be empty since the new address is already 32 bytes as auth_key. now update all account creation move script to use empty auth_key prefix. re-compile and release aptos, DPN framework artifacts
- [in progress] came across new error in genesis waypoint creations. there is error in parsing eventkey. still trying to narrow down to which part went wrong.
