Never mind, had to enable it in the Orgs settings

Seems still to be an issue if not the owner makes an pull request might be we have to make our own token to pass it to the script.
Or still some setting, but I am also clueless.

and the Send write tokens to workflows from pull requests setting is not selected, the permissions are adjusted to change any write permissions to read only.
