Replace `disposablestack` polyfill about graphql-mesh

I have tested this in our project with aliases:

alias: {
  "disposablestack/AsyncDisposableStack": "core-js-pure/actual/async-disposable-stack"
}

and it works flawlessly, so just replacing the imports should work

I'm not sure adding the entire core-js library as a dependency just for this ponyfill is a good idea.

The issue I was having is due to some esbuild compiling cjs-to-esm default import problem.

Funnily enough, core-js-pure is less than a third the size of installing disposablestack because of all the extra crap added into it! That's how much it's bloated.
