Hey @bknowles, you can run the tool with:
AWS_PROFILE=production aws_public_ips
This is covered in the configuration section but it could be easier to find - I have a task for myself to clean that up. Thanks!

I did see that this option existed, but not until after I read the other closed issues.
I'm very happy to see that this feature already exists, and I look forward to seeing the documentation updated so that it's easier to discover this feature.
