I am having this exact same issue also. Touch annotations work perfectly on my page, but when wrapped in an iframe, the text area does not appear when clicking the Annotate button.

On all mobile OS's, the js doesn't work when you try to annotate by highlighting more than one word (e.g. multiple words, a sentence, or paragraph).
Has anyone been able to figure out a fix?

Me too with this issue. Textarea doesn't appear on iframe
