Filters not working

Filters are there, but we can't click them.

Add app snapshot in README.md

We would like to have a few snapshots of the app, to be added in the README file.

For this, code needs to be cloned and an apk should be generated so snapshot can be taken.

Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT

We need code_of_conduct exactly like this

with the same file name also.
