Opening a 2nd time doesn't work on iPhone Browsers about sidr

I have the exact same issue when trying to use on iOS - I have reverted back the very basic menu layout, script but still the same issue.

I'm having this same issue, also. I can't seem to figure it out. A solution would be awesome. Any ideas anyone?

edit: I see now that the issue is jQuery 1.9/2.0, but it doesn't seem like any of the fixes that were proposed work for me.
